Mathematics achievement in secondary grades is the bedrock of future student opportunity. I partner with districts to help move past stagnant test scores with a focus on instruction and support teacher implementation of the California Math Framework (CMF). My approach centers on building teacher efficacy through relational instructional coaching. The results: math classrooms where students are engaged, thinking deeply, and driving their learning through discourse.
